I was personally able to participate in all of these activities. I was mainly put over the balance boards, and also the analysis of inventory and ordering new inventory.
What did I learn?
When it comes to building things it is important to have a system in place. If there are exact instructions and a already set process it will help save time and ensure quality.
With help from our operations class I was able to learn how to properly track how long we would likley have each product, when we needed to order more of the product, and how much of the product we should order.
